Cutting & Finishing
All cutting and finishing work is done in house by our experts who provide the final touch to our professional high quality prints.
Cutting
Die cuts are used to create custom shapes and designs for labels. Our experts die cut to your final specs including holes and cutouts. Any shape up to 58” x 38” can be die cut including scores, punches and cutouts. Our routers can handle 70” x 96” sheets. For straight cutting (guillotine) we can do up to 102” x 102”.
Materials include foam core, styrene and polycarbonate.
Laminating
Applies a protective film to your label to stand up to the toughest environments. We can add texture and finish. Laminating specialized adhesives to your product allows adhesion to difficult substrates.
Collating & Packing
We can collate and pack your product into sets and boxes for bulk or individual shipping. Our team collaborates with you so that packaging, collating and assembly for your multi-faceted project will be completed on time.
Domed Labels
Give your logo a 3-D effect and added distinction. Adhesive can be adjusted to adhere to any surface.
